Parkway Surgery Center is a physician-owned facility and your physician may have a financial interest in the center. You have the right to choose where you receive medical and surgical services including an entity in which your physician may or may not have a financial relationship.
Federal standards require physicians with an ownership interest in a medical facility to which they refer patients to disclose this owner interest.
Owners include: Dr. Neal Shore MD, Dr. Richard Young MD, Dr. Robert Jansen MD, Dr. David Rich MD, Dr. Brian Roberts MD, Dr. Blake Kline MD, and Dr. Abhishek Srivastava, MD.
